Policies & Reminders

These few things keep every appointment running smoothly and on time — for you and for the client after you. Thank you for reading them before you book.

• Deposit

  A $15 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and is applied to your service.

• Grace period

  There is a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes the appointment is canceled and considered a no-show. No-shows are charged a $30 fee.

• After-hours appointments

  Available before 8 AM and after 7 PM with a $20 after-hours fee.

• Cancellations

  Cancellations must be made 12–48 hours before your appointment.

• Comfort & prep

  Updos are not recommended during your appointment. Please arrive without eye makeup for the best results.

• Guests

  No extra guests are allowed in the studio.

• Content

  Content is recorded and photos are taken during appointments.

• Appointment length

  Full sets take 2–3 hours. Refills take 1–2 hours. Please plan accordingly.
